Shipping
Our current dispatch time is 3 to 5 business days. Once your purchase is on its way you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information included.
Shipments made to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan & Singapore will be shipped via SF Express/ Fedex. Shipments made to other areas will be shipped via Fedex/TNT/DHL/EMS. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please e-mail us right away at hello@laserenidad.cn and we will try our best to solve the issue.
Please note that La Serenidad is not responsible for the payment of duties and taxes imposed by the country where the order is delivered. Once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to country taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your local postal service for rates.
Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges and returns are accepted until 5 days after the item is received. All items that have quality issues or defects are the ONLY items that are eligible for exchange and returns. Rings are eligible for exchange as long as they are in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of wear or usage. These items must be returned within the 5 days of product arrival and MUST include its original packaging. Please contact hello@laserenidad.cn immediately to address your exchange and return request and we will then issue you exchange and return instructions and shipping details.
In the event of an exchange/ return, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including a secure tracking number & insurance) involved for returning the item. La Serenidad does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio - please be sure to package your items with extra padding and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection. If an item is for some reason received in a damaged condition, please contact hello@laserenidad.cn immediately with a clear description of the item and include photographs.
