Production and Processing Timeline 

All La Serenidad jewelry is handmade to order in our studio. We always strive to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Please note that we allow ourselves five business days for production and processing before we ship out your order. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible once your order is in transit.   

Urgent Orders and Special Requests 

If you have an urgent order or a special request, please email us at hello@laserenidad.cn and we will try our best to accommodate you. 

Care 

Bronze and silver naturally oxidize over time. This grey hue, a chemical reaction, can be removed with a metal polish and a polishing cloth. To delay oxidation, keep your La Serenidad jewelry away from moisture, shower steam, and other water activities. Chlorine, detergents, oils, moisturizers & perfumes can all cause tarnishing and damage. And please gently wipe jewellry clean with a soft cloth after each wear to remove make up and oils (from skin). When you’re not wearing your jewelry, store it in a your La Serenidad cloth bag. Feel free to email us at hello@laserenidad.cn with any questions or concerns.   

Repair 

If your La Serenidad piece gets damaged and you need a repair, please contact us at hello@laserenidad.cn and we’ll do our best to assist you. Please note that shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
